We supply digital document templates for plumbing, gas engineering and related business administration. The template listing and your order confirmation identify the document or collection, its available formats and the access option you select. No physical goods are supplied.

Check the description and file formats before ordering. You need a suitable application to open and edit Word (DOCX) or Excel (XLSX) files and a PDF reader to view PDFs. Features can vary between applications.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total payable, billing interval and any applicable tax are shown before you confirm an order. A single template and the Complete Trade Pack are one-off purchases; Template Library Plus is a monthly subscription.

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we issue your order confirmation. If a payment fails, is reversed or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the position and return any amount due. Keep your confirmation and downloaded files for your records.

After a valid purchase, you receive a non-exclusive licence to edit and reuse the included templates for the purchasing business and its work. Staff working for that business may use them for its jobs. You may give completed documents to your customers, landlords and other people involved in that work.

The underlying blank templates and designs remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Do not resell, redistribute, publish or share the blank templates as a competing library, or give another business access to your account. Your own business details and job information remain yours.

Save a copy of the files you purchase. Single Template and Complete Trade Pack purchases include the files listed at purchase and improvements to those files released within 90 days after payment. You may continue to download eligible purchased versions through your account, subject to withdrawal of defective files and the licence. Future additions and improvements released after those 90 days are not included. Template Library Plus provides access to the included collection and updates during an active paid subscription.

A monthly subscription renews at the displayed interval until cancelled. You can cancel before the next renewal through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. Downloaded files may continue to be used under the licence above. Cancellation and refunds are also subject to your statutory rights.

Any proposed change to a subscription price or material access terms will be communicated before it affects a future renewal, with the opportunity to cancel.

Check every document against the facts of the job before issuing it. A template is not legal advice, technical instruction, proof that work is safe, or a guarantee of compliance. It does not replace relevant qualifications, registration, inspections, testing, professional judgement or current requirements.

Only record work and checks that have actually been carried out. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the business, customer, property and job information you add.

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse or address an unpaid or reversed purchase. We will explain restrictions where it is lawful and practical to do so.

Our refund and cancellation policy explains how to report missing or faulty files and how consumer cancellation rights apply to digital content. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.

We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumers retain their statutory rights. For business purchases, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by the way a template is completed or used, to the extent the law permits.

Contact us first with any complaint and the relevant order details so that we can investigate. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers also keep the protections and rights to use courts available under the law where they live.

The terms provided with your order govern that purchase. Updates to this page apply to later orders unless we agree a change with you or a change is required by law. Our privacy notice explains how personal information is handled.
