Consumer cancellation rights
If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days from the contract being made to cancel a digital-content purchase. To supply the files immediately during that period, we must obtain your express agreement to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that the cancellation right is lost when supply begins, and provide the required confirmation.
Downloading a file does not by itself remove your rights if the required agreement, acknowledgement or confirmation was missing. These rules do not affect rights where content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.
Immediate access by itself does not waive your statutory cancellation rights. We will not rely on a waiver unless your express consent and acknowledgement were obtained and confirmed as required by law.
Faulty or incorrect digital content
Tell us when a supplied file is missing, corrupted, materially different from its description or does not work in the stated format. We will investigate and provide the remedy you are entitled to. For consumers, this can include repair or replacement within a reasonable time, without significant inconvenience and at no extra charge.
Where repair or replacement is not available or the statutory conditions are otherwise met, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund, potentially of the full price. Consumer rights concerning damage caused by digital content also remain unaffected.
Refund method and timing
Refunds are made to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed. We do not charge a refund fee. Where the law requires a refund within 14 days of cancellation or agreement that a refund is due, we will meet that deadline. Your payment provider’s processing time may affect when the funds appear.
Immediate access by itself does not waive your statutory cancellation rights. We will not rely on a waiver unless your express consent and acknowledgement were obtained and confirmed as required by law.
How to cancel
You can send any clear statement that you wish to cancel. Include your name, the order reference, the product or subscription, the order date and the email address used for purchase. You may use the following wording, but do not have to:

Ordered on: [date]. Order reference: [reference]. Customer name: [name]. Customer address: [address]. Date: [date].
Send the statement to the email address above or to our registered office shown in the terms. No particular form is required to report faulty content or ask for help.
